We are so excited to begin the 22-23 school year by offering full-length athletic seasons for our middle school students.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS –
In order to be cleared for tryouts or practice, students must submit the following:

Rank One Sport Forms (informed consent, emergency information, eligibility questionnaire). All 3 forms are available online at Rank One Sports (7- digit student Skyward number is needed to complete forms. Students must also include medical insurance information). For more information, read Steps for Completing Forms.

ESD Covid Waiver: Submit a signed hard copy of the ESD Covid Waiver to your school’s athletics secretary or drop off in the main office.

Updated Sports Physical: Have a current medical physical examination (must have a hard copy on file with Athletic Secretary. Physicals are good for 24 months). Please take the ESD Sports Physical Paperwork to your physician.

Sports practice is every day at 2:30. There is an activity bus that picks up athletes from school at approximately 4:30 pm and takes them home using a predetermined route. The participation fee of $65.00 and an ASB card, $15.00, is due before the first meet/game. If student's are on Free or Reduced Lunch, the participation fee will be waived.
